Qualifications

While there are no specific requirements for this general application, we encourage you to highlight your expertise, experience, and the type of role you are interested in. We particularly value:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with or supporting adults with developmental disabilities (a plus).
  • Comfortable providing care for participants who may become ill, with a commitment to following appropriate health and safety protocols.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding participant information.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
  • Physically capable of performing tasks that require bending, lifting, and walking, with the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including accurate typing, navigating websites, entering and recalling data, using word processors and spreadsheet software, managing emails, and familiarity with digital communication etiquette and techniques.
