At Lambs Farm our mission is helping people with developmental disabilities lead productive, happy lives and connecting with the human spirit in us all. The Job Coach provides on-the-job training and contract production services to meet the individual needs of persons working at Lambs Industries. 

Requirements:

• Physically capable of providing training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with persons with developmental disabilities preferred
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
